I’ve been working with patients for over 30 years, helping them to feel good in their bodies so that they can walk freely and move with ease. People often ask me what to do for their back pain. Unfortunately, there’s not a quick and easy way to fix back pain. It’s a journey and it’s a practice. Consistent efforts are a solution.
Many people who suffer from back pain are unable to function in their daily lives, are off of work, and avoiding fun things that they used to do. Some are dependent on medication, which isn’t a permanent solution. It’s not good to take medication on a long-term basis as it can have many negative effects on your health. Alternatively to medication, there are many modalities that are helpful for back pain. For instance, massage therapy and exercise can be helpful.
In this video, I am going to show you some techniques that you can use to improve your back pain. I think you’ll find that if you continually use these techniques you will notice a change for the better. Often people find immediate results in improved range of motion.
