Recently, a friend of mine told me a story that I want to share with you. My friend’s mother was diagnosed with type II diabetes, which is caused by a dysregulation in blood sugar and insulin resistance. She was told by her doctor many years ago that there wasn’t much she could do for this and that lifestyle changes weren’t really that effective. This makes me very sad because lifestyle changes are what you need to do. They are effective in changing the susceptibility of your blood sugar to be out of control.
Through the years, I have had a lot of experience with health coaching and people have improved their situation by changing their lifestyle. The key is addressing the issue before you let it go too long.
