Have you ever given any thought to the way you walk? Now, you’re probably thinking why would I think about walking? I already know how to walk. That’s true, I’m sure, however, if you are struggling with back or hip pain how you walk can make a difference in your pain.
I’ve found that people who have imbalances in the low back and pelvis area have excess tension in their hips while walking. When this is the case, it’s beneficial to loosen up before you go for a walk.
Before you head out on a walk give these simple exercises I’m demonstrating in this video a try. I know you’ll find that this can relieve hip and back pain and give you a little spring in your step!
