Downward dog is one of those poses you either love or love to hate. If you hate it-See if this video helps you “Delight in the downward dog.” Watch this progression for some Aston cues. One thing to think about is including your whole body in the push off your feet and hands. Let the push from your hands go through you to your pelvis. Then push off your feet and see if it goes all the way not just engaging one part at a time, see if you can feel the forces go through! Push then relax a little.
